Job description
Software Emporium Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, IT professional
able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to take initiative and enjoy the challenge of professional improvement as part of an optimal Technical Team.
Qualifications and Experience
Work with our Service partners to deploy, maintain, and service specialized equipment.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Experience in the IT industry is preferred.
Willing to train the right candidate.
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Must be able to pass a criminal record check.
Must have good command of English and have excellent communications skills.
Must be willing to work occasional overtime and be available for rotating On-Call
Must have strong Network, Server, and Computer Troubleshooting Fundamentals.
Ability to Problem Solve is a must.
Skills and Abillities
CompTIAA+ Certification not required but an asset
CompTIA Network+ Certification not required but an asset
Experience in MSP or IT Services
