Position Overview:
As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the beauty and health of our clients' landscapes. You will work alongside experienced professionals to perform a variety of lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, and general landscape maintenance. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the outdoors, enjoy physical work, and take pride in delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming using powered equipment.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as directed to promote healthy turf and plants.
- Conduct landscape clean-up activities, including leaf removal, debris disposal, and weed control.
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repair as needed.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure client satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate various landscaping equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation.
